HCCTP Project Request Form

Before submitting a “Project Request Form”, please ensure your organization and project meet the guidelines below:

1. Organization is a non-profit organization, park district, or government entity.
2. Organization is located within the John A. Logan College district.
3. The requested project:
   1. pertains to construction basics with transferable skills,
   2. will keep multiple students busy,
   3. is able to be completed within 10 weeks or less, and
   4. is safe for students and staff without hazards.

Highway Construction Careers Training Program (HCCTP) Application 

Applicants interested in participating in the JALC Highway Construction Careers Training Program may complete and submit this application for consideration. All applications are reviewed for eligibility.

John A. Logan College Workforce Testing Application
Thank you for your interest in John A. Logan College. This application is exclusively for those engaging in workforce testing, likely at the request of your employer. If this does not apply to you, please visit this page to find the right application for you.
 
Please complete the following application to get enrolled in the system that will enable you to complete the workforce testing process. All questions marked with an asterisk are required and must be answered to submit the application. You should receive notification of your application completion within three business days to the personal email address you provided in the application.
 
The application also includes a Release of Information form, which will allow us to share the results of your test with your employer.
